At Brennan’s restaurant, the chef was inspired to combine bananas, brown sugar, rum and cinnamon, set it ablaze and serve it atop vanilla ice cream, instantly creating a classic dessert enjoyed by all who partake. Torani Bananas Foster syrup is an incredible new flavor, inspired by this Cajun classic!

MASQUERADE MOCHA

Ingredients
1 oz. Torani Chocolate sauce
1/2 oz. Torani Bananas Foster syrup
8 oz. 2% milk
2 shots Midnight Lotus espresso

Steam milk. Pour sauce and syrup into cup. Pour heated milk into a tall glass and add espresso. Stir. Spoon a thin layer of foamed milk over beverage.
