Summer Recipe: PB & J Smoothie

Tastes exactly like a peanut butter and jelly sandwich! Perfect recipe for both adults and kids.

5.3 oz. Dr. Smoothie Four Berry Blend
2.7 oz. water
1 heaping tbsp of crunchy Peanut Butter
15 oz. ice

Blend for 25 seconds, or until smooth. Yields 1 – 16 oz. drink.

This recipe also works well using Dr. Smoothie Strawberry. Also, for a fluffy texture, try adding a small scoop of Smoothie-ceuticals Whey Protein.
