  • 2 oz Greek yogurt

Fall Pumpkin Drink Recipes!

Pumpkin lattes, chais and frappés make saying goodbye to summer just a little sweeter. The unique flavor of pumpkin mixed with subtle spices creates the perfect pairing for cooler weather, leaves changing color and all of the things autumn brings.

1 shot espresso
Steamed milk

Preparation:
Combine ingredients in a 12 oz cup. Mix well.

Torani Pumpkin Pie Mocha

8 oz. Milk
2 oz. Espresso
Ice

Preparation:
Pour ingredients into glass, add ice and stir! Top with whipped cream if desired.

Preparation:
Add water or milk to blender. Add Big Train Pumpkin Pie Chai Tea Latte Mix. Add ice. Blend until smooth.

Soda Fountain Inspired Shakes: Re-creating a Time Honored Tradition

These shops were a fixture on Main Street throughout America. As many of them are closing to make way for the mega pharmacy and cookie cutter national brand stores, their passing allows for your shop to become the new go-to place to create memories and experiences. As a shop owner, you have the ability to create a homey, small town atmosphere through the exceptional service and products you’re serving.

Today in a world of global brands and global mass culture, you can share a similar experience with customers of all ages by providing a soda fountain inspired menu. A simple, yet indulgent drink offering can be added to your menu using products you already carry. You will need ice, choice of syrup and a base, such as Torani Real Cream. 2 cups of ice
5 oz. Torani Real Cream Frappe Base
1 oz. of Torani sauce or syrup

Fill blender with ice and add Frappe Base.  Add syrup or sauce.  Blend until smooth. Pour into drink cup, garnish and serve.

16oz Orange Dream
2 cups of ice
5 oz. of Torani Real Cream Frappe Base
1 oz. of Torani Dairy Friendly Orange

Fill blender with ice and add Frappe Base.  Add syrup or sauce.  Blend until smooth. Pour into drink cup, garnish and serve.

16oz Blue Raspberry Swirl
2 cups of ice
5 oz. of Torani Real Cream Frappe Base
1 oz. of Torani Blue Raspberry syrup

Fill blender with ice and add Frappe Base.  Add syrup or sauce.  Blend until smooth. Pour into drink cup, garnish and serve.

Helpful Tip: You make need to add ½ to 1 oz. of milk to create the right consistency depending on your ice.

Add the ingredients in the order listed above and blend.

ICED MATCHA MINT CHIP
Yield – 16 oz finished beverage

  • 6 oz hot water
  • 2 rounded (48cc) scoops Cafe Essentials® Matcha Mint Chip
  • 4 oz cold milk
  • 16 oz – 18 oz cup of ice

Pour beverage mix into hot water and stir thoroughly. Pour contents over 16 – 18 oz cup full of ice. Pour in cold milk and stir contents until completely chilled.
Taste Profile – Refreshing mint with bits of chocolate.

MINT CHIP MOCHA (HOT)
Yield – 12 oz finished beverage

  • 2 oz espresso
  • 10 oz steamed milk
  • 1 (48cc) scoop Cafe Essentials® Matcha Mint Chip

Combine espresso and steamed milk in a serving cup, creating a latté. Add powdered beverage mix into hot latté base and stir thoroughly.
Taste Profile – Creamy latté, with mint and chocolate tones.
