Brad KirbyBrad Kirby, Director of Coffee & Coffee Operations at Stockton Graham & Co, teaches the Café Equipment Cleaning and Maintenance course for Stockton Graham & Co. Brad has served as a US Barista Championship Volunteer, South East Regional Barista Championship Instructor, Volunteer and Judge, and is a Factory Trained Equipment Tech for La Marzocco, Franke, Astoria, Rancilio and Fetco. With the SCAA, he has been a Workshop Volunteer (Gold Cup Certification labs, Brewing and Grinding labs), completed both Beginner and Intermediate SCAA Barista Classes and passed SCAA Sensory Skills Test.  {Learn more about Brad.}

polaroid-thomThom Swain was a co-creator of our Coffee College program. He teaches Brewing Fundamentals, Specialty Beverage Basics and assists in other classes. Thom has been a volunteer for SCAA, the USBC and the WBC. He has been involved with the Barista Guild Association and has been a judge at regional competitions. He is a certified technician for multiple coffee equipment brands. Thom is a Gold Cup certified technician.   {Learn more about Thom.}

polaroid-debbieDebra Dolan can teach Brewing Fundamentals, Specialty Beverage Basics and Espresso Basics. Since Debra is offsite, she conducts business in the Northeast; her instruction is based on a traveling Coffee College class. Debra is very experienced in the specialty coffee world with certificates from the SCAA in Introduction to Espresso, Hands on Espresso, Brewing Fundamentals and  Comparative Cupping, and she is a SCAA Certified Level 1 Barista. Debra also boasts a BGA Certificate: Customer Service, Certificate in Professional Development for Baristas, Stockton Graham Coffee College and Stockton Graham Barista Certifications and she has also been known to volunteer for SCAA at regional Barista Championships. {Learn more about Debra.}
