Organic Ethiopia Limmu
Our limited-edition micro-lot Organic Ethiopia Limmu Natural is from a single farm in the Limmu District of Ethiopia about 30 miles north of the city of Jimma. One of our favorite finds in Ethiopia, this Limmu was a unanimously high-scoring standout at the 2015 Ethiopia Taste of Harvest competition. Its traditional sun-dry process produces a coffee with an exceptionally natural taste, incredible cleanliness, gentle berry notes and syrupy sweetness.

Organic Guatemala Huehuetenango
From a land rich with Mayan heritage, this coffee is grown along the warm, lower slopes of the Sierra de los Cuchumatanes mountain range in western Guatemala near Mexico.The farmers who produce it on small lots strictly adhere to the regulations for sustainable and organic growing and processing. The result is a high-quality coffee that embodies all of the nutty and sweet flavor traits that make Guatemalan coffee so desirable.

Organic Mexico Chiapas
The tropical climate of Chiapas features beautiful rivers flowing down southern Mexico’s Tacaná Volcano and evergreen forests that boast fertile volcanic soil for the state’s abundant coffee farms. This certified organic, high-grown coffee is harvested from Finca El Chorro in the Sierra de las Nubes mountain range, 1000 meters above sea level. This is an area of the world where organic farming is rare, so our delicious Organic Mexico Chiapas is an uncommon treat.

Organic Sumatra
Our organic Sumatra comes from one of the largest coffee cooperatives in Aceh Tengah in northern Sumatra with hundreds of members. Grown at an altitude of 1300-1600 meters, this Sumatra coffee is both Organic and Fair Trade certied. This has helped small-lot farmers in the once war-torn region learn new techniques for protecting the environment while using Fair Trade premiums to fund social programs.

Organic Espresso
One of our first-ever espresso blends, this drinks like a traditional Italian espresso. It features ample crema loaded with caramel sweetness and semi-sweet cocoa flavors. These notes are balanced against a full, creamy body. Our Organic Espresso performs well in all sizes of milk-based drinks, as well as alone in a demitasse. Tasters comment that this espresso’s consistently rich, deep chocolate notes linger with layers of sweetness long after the last sip. We recommend 18g of coffee per 2oz extracted shot.
