Dear Joe,

I’m working on revamping my recipes. How much liquid comes out of one pump of syrup in the 750 mL bottles?

-Seth

Dear Seth,

Thank you for your inquiry, sir.

As you know, we carry syrups from Monin, Torani and DaVinci Gourmet. When you are making your beverage, you’ll be glad to know that each pump is one-quarter liquid ounce of syrup.  So, if a recipe calls for 1 oz. of Hazelnut syrup, your employees will add 4  pumps. Now, that .25 oz. is a full pump. You might have to prime it a time or two before you get a full pump.

Be sure to throughly wash and rinse your syrup pumps every single time they are placed in a new bottle, regardless of continuing flavor continuity. The will extend the life of your pumps and prevent any buildup or contamination.

Also, remember that if you are in need of new pumps, add them on to  your next order with us!

Yours in coffee,
