The coffees in this blend are grown high on the mountainsides, resulting in denser, flavorful beans. This is a light roast featuring two coffees from South America whose flavor is mellow and sweet like candy, with hints of citrus and creamy caramel. The body is well rounded and shiny with a pleasant, clean finish that brightens once it leaves your tongue.

Breakfast Blend
The relaxed atmosphere of the morning was the inspiration for this blend of 100% Arabica coffees from Latin America. Our Breakfast Blend finishes with hints of berries, leaving a subdued and mellow aftertaste. Like a pefect morning sunrise, it’s a great way to start any day.

Buzz Blend
Another medium blend that’s almost universally enjoyed, our Buzz Blend combines ne South American and Indonesian coffees. The results are hard to dislike: the subtle flavor of sweet chocolate-covered caramel and the taste of walnut. A slight acidity gives the flavor a pleasant dryness that goes well with the warm, buttery feel in the mouth. A well-balanced cup for enjoying any time of day or any time of year.

Campfire Blend
Like a cozy fire on a cold night, great coffees like this bring people together. The dark roast of our Campfire Blend brings out the sweet, smoky aromas of the blend’s fine Arabica beans. One taste and the flavors of the South American coffee build from a subtle spark to steady, shining dark cocoa warmth that stays through the aftertaste like all great campfire memories. By the way, toasted marshmallows are not required, but they do make a tasty pairing with a cup of Campfire Blend.

Cowboy Java Blend
Cowboys on the range had to settle for coffee roasted over an open flame. We tried to evoke the authentic spirit of the West without the authentically burned flavor. Our Cowboy Java blend of medium and dark roasted coffees has the spicy, woody scent of flame roasting and the thick, syrupy body to match. With fine Arabica beans from South America and Africa it’s strong, with a clean, chocolate-like aftertaste–but definitely not bitter like the cowboys of old had to tolerate.

French Roast
Coffee from some origins will develop better into a dark roast than others, due to the structure of the compounds in the beans, which vary based on altitude soil conditions and climate. We chose beans that roast well to second crack, butnot long enough for much of the oils to emerge. This traditional French roast level fully caramelizes the sugars and provides a nuanced, slightly smoky avor. For those who enjoy a dark and bold cup, our French Roast is a winner.

House Blend Decaf

We know that sometimes, however, coffee-lovers want the taste without the caffeine. Featuring this fine 100% Arabica coffee, harvested high in the tropical jungles, we have created a delicious decaf version of our House Blend with the same flavors and high quality levels.

Milano Espresso
Our Milano Espresso blend is a classic Italian-style espresso: the type of deep, chocolate “un caffe” that would be served in a demitasse alongside an ornate basket of sugar in the northern Italian city of Milan. When enjoyed as a shot or as a simple Americano, Milano’s bittersweet gourmet chocolate finish is balanced with hints of smoke and cedar. Milano is a smooth and complex blend with plenty of flavor to cut through even the largest to-go lattes and cappuccinos. We recommend 18 grams of coffee for each 2 – 2.5 ounce extracted shot.

Milano Espresso Decaf
Created to the exacting standards shared by our signature espressos, Milano Espresso Decaf is an espresso blend that features low acidity Indonesian coffee. The aromas of molasses and caramel whet the palette for the flavors of sweet chocolate in a creamy body. Sent to Germany for decaffeination in the Euro Prep process, the coffee retains a subtle, spicy finish and balanced and bright acidity. Enjoy it as a standalone shot or with milk in a latte or cappuccino. We recommend 18 grams of coffee for each 2 – 2.5 ounce extracted shot.
