Gourmet Blackberry Mocha

1 oz. Monin Gourmet Dark Chocolate Sauce
1 oz. Monin Blackberry Syrup
1-2 shots Stockton Graham & Co. Espresso
7 oz. steamed milk

Combine Monin Gourmet Dark Chocolate Sauce, Monin Blackberry Syrup and espresso into cup and stir in steamed milk. Garnish with whipped cream and a drizzle of Monin Gourmet Dark Chocolate Sauce. Yields one 16 oz drink.

Sugar-Free Chocolate Raspberry Frappe

1.5 oz. Monin Gourmet Sugar-Free Dark Chocolate Sauce
1 oz. Monin O’Free Raspberry Syrup
3 oz. skim milk
1 scoop (2 oz.) Sugar-free Vanilla frappe powder
2 cups Ice

Combine ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Garnish with whipped cream, a drizzle of Monin Gourmet Sugar-Free Dark Chocolate Sauce, and fresh raspberries. Yields one 16 oz drink.

Frozen White Mocha

1.5 oz. Monin Gourmet White Chocolate Sauce
2 shots chilled Stockton Graham & Co. Espresso
3 oz. half & half or milk
1 scoop (2 oz.) Vanilla frappe powder
2 cups Ice

Combine ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Garnish with whipped cream and a drizzle of Monin Gourmet White Chocolate Sauce. Yields one 16 oz drink.

Caramel Macchiato

1 oz. Monin Vanilla Syrup
7 oz. Steamed Milk
1-2 shots Stockton Graham & Co. Espresso

Combine Monin Vanilla syrup and steamed milk in cup. Top with thick crown of milk foam. Slowly pour 1-2 shots espresso through the foam. Garnish with whipped cream and a drizzle of Monin Gourmet Caramel Sauce. Yields one 16 oz drink.
