That’s why we require all of our service technicians to
attend both vendor and industry repair courses on troubleshooting
and repair of the equipment we sell. As a result, they have a
depth of knowledge on most major espresso and coffee brewing equipment.

send a description of your problem, make and model of the machine

and we will send you the requested information.
We have found that many of the most commonly occurring problems
can be resolved over the telephone. Thus, we have developed a
telephone service support network to minimize downtime and repair
costs on our customers’ equipment. For customers not located
in close proximity to our North Carolina facility and who require
an onsite service call, we have a network of service technicians
located throughout the country.

troubleshooting guides to assist you with assessing the most commonplace
equipment problems.
