In Southern Asia, Chai means tea. In actuality, it is a derivative
of an ancient exotic tea beverage from India, most commonly served
as a hot blend of teas, spices, honey and milk. However, it can
also be served iced or frozen for a thirst-quenching warm weather
treat. Hot or cold, in Southern Asia or in the United States, chai
has proven to be a wonderful alternative to the traditional caffe
latte.
Stockton Graham & Co. offers several varieties of chai mixes
to find a flavor combination and preparation method that best
meets your needs. Our all-natural liquid concentrates are formulated
for a one-to-one mix ratio with milk or a dairy alternative. They
are designed to be served hot or iced, with the hot version best
served frothed using an espresso machine.
We offer a ready-to-mix dry chai mix as well, in several different
flavors. Dry mixes can be served hot, iced or frozen using only
water to mix them. Because these are lighter, they are more cost-effective
to ship than the liquid chai concentrates. We also offer several
varieties of blends of loose-leaf teas and spices to prepare your
own authentic version.
We offer a variety of packaging sizes for both our liquid and
dry-mix chai concentrates. We also offer a variety of point-of-sale
packaging options for your customers to make at home or as an
attractive addition to a gift basket.
