CUPPING FOR COFFEE SHOP OWNERS
We know that hosting events can be stressful. They can take up a lot of time and disrupt your regular business patterns. But we’ll show you that the benefi ts of hosting your own cupping far outweigh these concerns. By the time you’re done with this class, you’ll have the tools you need to run your own cuppings as well as a better understanding of how cupping can work for you.

Objectives 
- Review the basics of coffee tasting with tasting activities designed
  to calibrate your senses for analysis.
- Learn the tools, procedure, and etiquette of a formal cupping
  ritual and explain how you can use them to present your coffees
  to your customers.
- Discover and learn to create different variations and themes that
  you can use to tailor your cuppings to your particular customer
  base.
