For our varietals and espresso blends, we have profile sheets that feature flavor descriptions, cupping notes, and our roastmaster's explanations of the coffees' origins. These are an excellent resource for training your baristas and determining how best to present each coffee to your customers. Profile sheets are available by request for orders of select coffees.
