The world of specialty coffee is infused with exciting and unique flavors. Different varietals have their own flavor profiles, even among coffees from the same region of the same country. Stockton Graham & Co.® not only offers exotic tastes in each of our single-origin coffees, we also combine many of those varietals into specialty blends.

A blend of coffee usually contains two or more varietals blended to create a specific taste profile. Blends allow us to create flavor profiles that aren't available in a single varietal. They also allow us to keep those profiles consistent over time. Different crops from the same farm can even taste different, and since we receive new crops throughout the year, blends allow us to ensure quality control from cup to cup.

When we create a blend at Stockton Graham & Co., we consider its ultimate purpose: Who will be drinking it? When will they drink it? Is it a house blend brewed every day, or is it for a special event? What kinds of drinks will the customer make with it? Our roasting staff is intimately familiar with the flavor profiles of each of our varietals, and they understand how these coffees interact. This knowledge allows us to tailor a blend's flavor profile to any purpose.
